The Journal of Institutional Educational Management (JIEM) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal established in 2026 and published by Perkumpulan Politeknik Swasta (PELITA), Indonesia. Dedicated to advancing knowledge in the field of educational institution management, JIEM provides an open platform for researchers, educators, administrators, and policymakers to share innovative ideas, empirical findings, and best practices that contribute to the development and improvement of education systems.
