This study explores the implementation of sustainable practices in educational management, focusing on the perceptions of stakeholders and the challenges they face. Through qualitative research, including interviews and focus group discussions, the research identifies successful sustainable initiatives such as the development of green spaces, curriculum integration, and community partnerships. Despite positive enthusiasm for sustainability, significant barriers persist, including financial constraints, lack of training, and institutional inertia. The findings highlight the necessity for educational institutions to secure dedicated funding, invest in professional development, and establish clear sustainability policies to integrate sustainability into their frameworks effectively. This research contributes valuable insights to the field of educational management, providing a roadmap for fostering a culture of sustainability in educational settings and ensuring future generations are equipped to navigate environmental challenges.
